Adelaide enjoyed a 30-year career as a corporate consultant with expertise in organizational systems and people development. She worked with leaders and teams across industry sectors teaching leadership, team-building, and career management programs.With her passion for community-building and peer-learning, Adelaide created Women’s Forum. Based on her own experience in a women’s group for 15 years, The wForum model provides the structure and support for women to explore their life lessons withwForum was founded in2013 in Aspen and launched a Seattle Chapter in 2018, now serving over 100 members. In 2017, Adelaide wrote The Women’s Forum Handbook, a DIY guide on group process and meeting facilitation. The Handbook includes 40+ discussion guides on topics such as women’s roles, modern relationships, character and contribution, and practical and sacred matters.Adelaide is a mentor-buddy with the Buddy Program, volunteers for Pathfinders and has served on the Board of the Forest Conservancy. She also enjoys a monthly gig as a storyteller with middle school kids, keeping alive the ancient tradition of oral storytelling.Former clients include Aon/Hewitt (Lead Consultant, Talent Management), Wrigley Company, Yahoo (Executive Coach), Dell (Worldwide Programs Master Trainer), Achieve Global, Inc.
